Kiryuu Touga is a character from the anime and manga series Shoujo Kakumei Utena (which is basically a fanservicey mindfuck that has a main female lead who wishes to become a prince, and all of the remaining characters (including her of course) wanting to get in each other's pants; guys with girls, guys with other guys, and some girls with other girls. disclaimer: Long time Utena fan having a little fun with this summary; try not to take offense.).

Touga is the student council president and a duelist. He also is a playboy and quite a bastard (though always a charming one) at times in the series. He's best friends (?) with Saionji Kyouichi (another duelist/student council memeber) and a quasi-love interest of/to Tenjou Utena (that previously mentioned female lead). He has always been my personal favorite in the series (because who doesn't love the bastards who are good deep down? :P) and I especially love his character in the manga version (where he isn't quite as much of a bastard as he is in the anime). Like just about every other character in the series all his behind curtain plotting and devil's advocate ploying still leave him little less than a pawn in the big scheme of things that is this rediculiously addictive series, but that does not subtract one iota from his appeal and sexiness! :D More detailed information about Touga shall be added at a later date, in the meantime enjoy the pretty codes and then join his fanlisting on the way out if you're a fan - which I'm sure everyone has to be. Oh and of course the openshirtwecanseechest!Touga layout you're all still oogling isn't too bad either, right? :P
