My Immortal is a beatuiful and moving song by Evanescence. It is from their album Fallen and many versions of it have been released to date including the album version, a rock version, and a band version. It was featured in the movie Daredevil and is perhaps one of the bands most popular and well known songs. In my opinion it is the tragic relationship anthem. The song perfectly sums up most really deep and yet tragically ending relationships (in fact, I've used lyrics from the song on fanlistings relating to one of my favorite fictional pairings) and it also resonates very personally for me. I've loved it ever since I heard it the first time (it's my favorite song period; I always have been a sucker for angst) and am extremely thrilled to be able to run the fanlisting for it!
