This is the fanlisting for the character Katsuragi Misato from the anime/manga series Shin Seiki Evangelion (Neon Genesis Evangelion), as listed and approved by TAFL. It is owned by Rosemary and is part of Ruby's Domain and The Flames of Addiction.

I've adored Misato since the first time I watched Eva. One of my favorite things about her has always been that she never claims to be perfect in a series that is filled with very human characters who are very humanly messed up both emotionally and mentally. She's a drunk, she lets the love of her life get away from her and despite her best efforts she knows she isn't the best role model for Shinji she could have been and tried to be, yet, she never ever claims throught the series that she isn't any of those things. She knows perhaps better than any other character in the series that she has flaws and faults and she tries her best to do what she can for those around her she cares about (and for the rest of the world in fact) despite those faults and short comings).

The current layout was created by me in PaintShop Pro 8. The image used is from a scan posted on MiniTokyo and happens to be one of my all time favorite images of her!.
