A fanlisting is a giant list of fans from all around the world for a particular subject, in this case, Kato. The fanlisting was adopted from Myka.

Kato Youji is one of the main characters from the Youka Nitta hard yaoi manga series (and oavs) Haru wo Daiteita. Kato is an AV actor. While working together with Iwaki Kyosuke (as gay lovers in a new series) he falls for him and thus we have the main crux of the fabulous manga. Kato is my favorite in the series. He manages to have this look on the bright side attitude and hopeless optimism in even the most difficult situations. Plus, he will stop at nothing when someone he loves is concerned.
