About

A fanlisting is a giant list of fans from all around the world for a particular subject. This fanlisting is for Kate Libby (Acid Burn) one of the main characters in the 1995 movie, Hackers. Kate was played by Angelina Jolie and is a kickass female character. She has a wealthy mother who writes self help books for women. She is an extremely talented hacker (Acid Burn is her handle) who isn't afraid to speak her mind. She seems to meet her match when Dade Murphy transfers to her school. In no time the two have engaged in a hacking battle (winner getting a date and having to wear a dress on said date). She, Dade (Crash Override/Zero Cool), Joey, Cereal Killer, Nikon, and Phreak all stumble onto Eugene's plot to use a computer worm/virus (which he plans to blame on hackers) to steal money from the oil company he is working for. They enlist the help of hackers worldwide to get proof of and put a stop to his plans.
