This fanlisting was adopted from Giselle (thank you! ^_^).Cosmopolitan is a women's magazine that is published in over 30 countries. Cosmo has a long and varied history. It has been published for over a century, though the original The Cosmopolitan published by Schlicht & Field was originally a family magazine. After the publisher went out of business, it became a fiction publication, featuring serials and book reviews. It wasn't until the 1960s that the magazine became the one we know now. Cosmopolitan is probably most well know for its sexy covers, sex related articles and yearly male centerfold, but it contains varied articles and features relating to many women's issues. Cosmo is my favorite magazine (and the only women's magazine I subscribe to regularly) and I always read it cover to cover.
