What is an anime cel?
Anime cels are used in the production of anime series. They are handpainted on clear plastic sheets. Each cel is a single frame of the episode (or movie/oav). You can find out more information about how cels are made and answers to FAQ here.

I've been collecting anime cels for a little over a year now. I currently have a cel gallery at Rubberslug, a free cel gallery hosting site. My passion for anime cels led me to create this fanlisting; if you share my passion, please join. ^_^

Cel Addict was made and is maintained by Rosemary. It is part of Ruby's Domain and The Flames of Addiction. Version one's layout was created in PaintShop Pro 8 and features shades of grey.
