This fanlisting was originally owned by Buruma who allowed me to adopt it in December 2006 (thank you!).

Anime Music Videos (AMVs) are short fanmade videos featuring clips from anime series/movies/oavs which are set to music (often popular music, but sometimes instrumental songs as well(. They often feature video effects. AMVs can be funny, action-packed, sad, the sky is the limit, the one thing they all have in common is that they make the viewer feel some type of emotional response. I have always loved AMVs for that very reason; they make it possible to relive in a favorite moment, or look at scenes in a new way. Personally, my favorite music videos usually are from the anime series Rurouni Kenshin, RahXephon, and Naruto, but if there is an anime you love most likely you'll be able to find a music video featuring scenes/clips from it!
