Affiliates           FanlistingA fanlisting is a big list of fans from around the world for a certain person, place, thing or object. This fanlisting of course is for fans of Aine. Little Bird was originally owned by Nicole, who allowed me to adopt it in August 2005 :)Kaikan PhraseKaikan Phrase is an anime and manga series created by the queen of smut, Shinjo Mayu (anyone who has read her manga would agree with the title I give her I'm sure ;)). The manga is 17 volumes long (a special volume was also released a few years after the series ended) and ran in the bi-monthly manga magazine, Sho-Comi. The anime was 44 episodes long. The manga is currently being released in the US by Viz and the anime has not be licensed domestically yet. Kakain Phrase is my favorite Shinjo series and one of my all time favorite manga series (I'm a bit partial to the manga over the anime, but I adore both for different reasons :)).Yukimura AineAine is one of the main characters in Kakain Phrase (in the anime she has a smaller role, in fact she's not even introduced until later in the series, this is one of the reasons I tend to like the manga more; I adore all the Sakuya/Aine stuff that isn't really a focus in the anime). Aine is 17 and your ordinary Japanese student until the day she meets Sakuya (the front man for the band Lucifer). You see, Aine had written lyrics for a song contest (you could enter and the winner's lyrics would be sung by a debut artist). She however let them get away from her and ran in front of a car to get them back. The car belonged to Sakuya. After checking to make sure she was okay (and not in a pure and proper way, mind you) he gave her a back stage pass to his band's (Lucifer) concert a few days later. Aine went and to her shock, guess what the new song they premiered at it was! Hers!Sakuya decides he wants Aine to write lyrics for Lucifer. Aine agrees and the pair share more than just a buisness relationship. In no time both have fallen in love and would do anything for the other. In fact, through out the series both go to great lengths to protect each other. Aine turns out to be a very talented Lyricist (sensual lyrics being her specialty) and during the series she is very sought after by other singers/bands that try to get her to write for them as well. Since this is a Shinjo shoujo series much angst and smut ensues throught the 17 volumes, forcing Aine to go through some extemely difficult situtations. Aine starts off as a bit of a pushover. She has trouble at first standing up for herself. As the story progresses she truly evolves as a character, which is one of the reasons I love her so much. By volume 17, she has grown into a wonderfully strong and together woman who is lucky to have a wonderful man to spend her life with :) Join/Update/MembersTo join the fanlisting please click here.To update your information please click here.
